Diana has been successfully selling real estate since 1980. Her many years of experience have given her excellent negotiating skills and extensive contract, financing and escrow knowledge. Her experience is extremely helpful when advising clients. It gives her insight on all phases of the real estate transaction whether buying or selling.

In order to be an effective real estate resource for her clients, Diana regularly attends educational classes and seminars. She has held a Broker's license since 1983. She has received the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designations from the National Association of Realtors.

Diana believes that education and honest communication are the keys to helping her clients meet their real estate goals. The greatest reward she receives from her career is the satisfaction and thrill of helping a buyer or seller make their dream a reality. Her success with this philosophy is proven with a 98% repeat and referral business.

Diana & her husband Larry love living in Aptos. They feel so blessed to have their family close by. Their daughter Laura, son-in-law Eric and grandchildren Audrey, Ian, Jonah and Summer are minutes away . Eric, a general contractor, is the owner of Elite Construction Services. Diana's mother lives nearby in Soquel. Daughter Ginger, is a 3rd generation real estate Broker with Alain Pinel. She lives and works in Marin County with daughter Micaela and son Gavin.

Diana's favorite activity (after the family activities) is music. She enjoys playing the piano in her spare time. She is an active member of the Twin Lakes Church adult choir, and also sings with Celebration Choir. Celebration Choir is a division of Music Camp International. The summer concerts are fund raisers for the non-profit organization which provides music camps for children in Romania, the Ukraine and Crimea. Diana was a teacher's assistant for Music Camp International's music camp in Bucharest, Romania in 2005. Diana's experience with the children at the camp sparked a further commitment to assist Music Camp International's mission to bring music to orphans and underprivileged children.

Diana feels fortunate to live in this beautiful county, she enjoys being outdoors, walking on the beach and seeing the sun set over the cement ship at Seacliff State Beach.
